The explicitly designed ‘sail’ bestows maximum visibility to the products. Its slightly curved shape is fitted with special, metal swivel-hooks which display the footwear. This enables customers to appreciate, at a touch, not only the aesthetics and texture of the uppers, but also the technical features of the breathable soles.
The store’s minimalist décor is as simple and appealing as is “the breathable shoe” idea. White is used for the sails and walls, lithe structures are used to show the apparel and the walls are adorned with etched glass and mirrors: the ambience is well lit and clean, just like a research lab. The red-lacquered stools, sofas and carpets splash color onto this purest of spaces.
Geox’s single-brand stores also feature Magic Geox, the kids’ cartoon-hero. These points-of-sale are fitted with entirely dedicated Junior and Baby product sections that by using colors, images and explanations of the technology recreate Magic Geox’s world.
