Chief Executive Officer
Livio has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the global fashion industry. Before being appointed as CEO, he was Corporate Director and CFO of the Geox Group from 2013. Prior to that, Livio held a variety of leadership roles across global financial positions for Benetton, Lotto, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Safilo.
Livio, as Geox’s CEO, has a relevant performance history of successful projects and initiatives. In 2020 and in 2021, Geox has been included by KPMG in the list of top Italian companies for “Customer Experience Excellence and Omnichannel”. In the Same year Geox Russia was named by the Russian Committee for Economic Development as “Best Company in Russia”. Always in 2020, Geox has been awarded by Conai as “Best Project for Sustainability in E-commerce” regarding the packaging and the deliveries. In 2021 Ipsos and Largo Consumo named Geox as “Best Italian Footwear Brand” regarding the shopping experience. In 2020 Geox has been awarded as the Best Company in Italy for “Digital & Smart Learning” by the Italian Association of HR Managers.
Livio is Italian and has a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from University Ca’ Foscari, Italy.
Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer
Francesco has extensive experience in Human Resource & Organization management as well as strong operational experience. He has worked more than 25 years as Chief Human Resource and Organization in International Companies as Ferrari and Maserati Group, Fiat Group Automobiles and Generali.
Francesco has a strong track record of delivering large scale transformation projects driving significant culture change in all his previous experiences.
The project “Avanti & Veloci” of Fiat Group Automobiles received the Platinum Intranet Innovation Award. With “Formula Uomo”, Ferrari was named by the Financial Times as “the best place to work in Europe”.
Francesco is Italian and has a Master’s Degree of Laws from University of Turin, Italy.
Chief Marketing Officer
Roberto has more than 20 years’ experience of driving growth in global brands across consumer goods, retail and entertainment businesses.
Before joining Geox, He served Moleskine as Global Chief Marketing Officer leading Brand, Product, Digital and Communication. Roberto was on the Forbes’ CMO Next 2019 as one of top 50 worldwide leaders in Marketing.
He also held leadership roles across brand, marketing and sales positions for brands like Sky, Nivea and L’Oréal.
Roberto is Italian and has a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Communication from University of Turin, Italy.
Chief Merchandising & Product Footwear Officer
Diego has more than 25 years’ experience in Global Fashion Companies including Philippe Model, Hugo Boss, Burberry & Ermenegildo Zegna.
Diego has led Product, Design, Merchandising & Operations teams with a customer centric approach building trust & loyalty together with a solid brand reputation. He is now leading the Merchandising & Product in Geox for footwear division.
Diego is Italian and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi Business School, Italy.
Chief Merchandising & Product Ready To Wear Officer
Peter has 25 years’ experience in Retail and Fashion Companies like Woolrich, Nike & Diesel.
Peter has large brand & merchandising experience as well as product development experience.
He has worked more than 10 years as Vice President of Merchandising & Product development at Woolrich & W.P.
Peter is now leading the Merchandising & Product in Geox of ready to wear division.
Peter is Italian and has a Master’s Degree in Sport Science from University of Bologna, Italy.
Web & Digital Transformation Director
Giulio has a strong and broad experience in Digital Consumer Businesses including Nike, Yoox and Liu Jo. He has led cross functional teams during re-organizational and transformation projects during his career always with an Omnichannel approach.
In Yoox, as Head of E-Commerce Operations, he was in charge of running the e-commerce businesses for more than 30 leading Fashion and Luxury Brands on Yoox platform (i.e. Armani, Moncler, Valentino).
He joined Geox in 2018 to implement the in-sourcing strategy of the website and then to create all the omnichannel connections and integrations.
Giulio is Italian and has a Master’s Degree in Branding & Communication from IULM, Italy.
Massimo has a remarkable experience in Retail. He has worked more than 25 years within International Fashion Retails like Diesel, Ralph Lauren, Desigual and Foot Locker.
He has worked in Italy, Spain and France and led strategic international expansion, as Chief Retail Officer, delivering great market growth and revenues.
Massimo is Italian and has a High School Diploma from Technical Institute in Milan, Italy
Monica has considerable wholesale experience as well as franchising channel management experience. She has worked more than 25 years within sport and fashion industries.
She has a strong experience in ready to wear and footwear companies with a track record of high-performance results in sales.
In Geox, Monica leads the wholesale channel delivering sales growth in all markets.
Monica is Italian and has a High School Diploma in Tourism from Technical Institute Mazzotti, Italy.
VP, Head of EMEA & International Business
Alessandro has more than 20 years’ experience within the international fashion industry, including P&L Management, Global Sales Strategy, Business Development & Distribution Management.
Alessandro held leadership roles across global companies like Coach, Diesel, Safilo & Dainese managing regional sales unit all over the world.
During his career, Alessandro has established solid and sustainable partnerships with selected international accounts in all distribution channels.
Alessandro is Italian and has a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from University of Padua, Italy.
