Lara Livolsi

Lara Livolsi was born in Milan on 2 August 1974, she attended high school in Switzerland and graduated in Law when she was 23 years old from the”Sacro Cuore” University of Milan; She qualified as a lawyer in 2001 and specialized in corporate law, commercial law, international contracts, and mergers & acquisitions (she has previously worked in law firms of international repute such as NCTM, Mazzoni Associati and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer). She currently operates mainly as legal advisor for sellers or buyers in the purchase or sale of shares, companies or business units in different trade and industry segments. In 2003 she obtained a master’s in Corporate Finance at the SDA Bocconi University in Milan.

Duncan L. Niederauer

EDUCATION
Duncan L. Niederauer graduated from Bay Shore High School in June of 1977. He earned an MBA from Emory University and a BA from Colgate University.

CAREER
Duncan L. Niederauer served as Chief Executive Officer of NYSE and President of ICE until September 2014. 
Duncan L Niederauer was appointed Chief Executive Officer and director of NYSE Euronext on December 1, 2007, after joining NYSE Euronext in 2007 as a member of the management committee. Duncan L Niederauer also served on the boards of NYSE Group and Euronext N.V and previously he served as President and co-Chief Operating Officer of NYSE Euronext with responsibility for U.S. cash equities. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of NYSE Euronex, Duncan L Niederauer oversaw the transformation of the company into an innovative, globally integrated organization with a high-tech, high-touch focus.
Duncan L. Niederauer was previously a partner at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (United States) (GS) where he held many positions, among them, co-head of the Equities Division execution services franchise and the managing director responsible for Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing, L.P. (formerly known as Spear, Leeds & Kellogg L.P.). Duncan L Niederauer joined Goldman Sachs in 1985.
Mr. Niederauer is a general partner of 555 Capital, an angel investment fund, and a Managing Director of Battery East, LLC, which provides advisory services to private companies. In addition to advising several start up companies, Duncan also sits on the boards of Colgate University, as well as those of Stuart Frankel & Co., The American Ireland Fund and the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation.
He has received numerous career distinctions and honors, most notably the John C. Whitehead Award for leadership in 2014. He was also recognized as an Honorary Commander of the British Empire (CBE) by her majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, in 2013 for his efforts to advance the peace process in Northern Ireland.
Duncan L Niederauer and his wife led the Newmark School’s “Destination of Promise” campaign, which built a state of the art school for children with autism and related disabilities in Scotch Plains, NJ.

Born in Prato (PO) on 29 October 1950, Alessandro Antonio Giusti graduated in Economics and Commerce on 16 October 1974 from the School of Economics and Commerce at the University of Florence and qualified to work as a freelance certified public accountant in 1975.

He has been registered under no. 36/A of the Order of Certified Accountants and Certified Public Accountants in Prato (formerly no. 54 of the Order of Certified Accountants of Prato) - at the Court of Prato - since 16 March 1977, and under no. 28552 in the Registry of Auditors.

He was a member of the Council of the Order of Certified Public Accountants of Prato from 24 February 1988 to 24 February 1991.

He works as a Certified Accounting in Prato, Via Catani, no. 37.

He has been the Honorary Consul in Tuscany and the Marche for the Principality of Monaco, based in Florence, since April 2003.

He was registered in the list of Arbiters at the Chamber of Arbitration and an arbiter for CONSOB (Italian Financial Regulatory Authority) with resolution no. 214 of 5 December 2011.

He has been a member of the Commission for the "Internationalization of Businesses" as part of the International Business area for the National Council of Certified Accountants and Certified Public Accountants since 22 January 2015.

From 16 March 1977, he has been a technical consultant at the Court of Prato regarding business, corporate, tax, commercial law and international law consulting.

 

Claudia Baggio

Registered in the Registry of Attorneys of Padua since 2009, she worked at the Patavino Court until 2013.
In 2014, she moved to the Bar of Venice, working in a private practice in San Marco (civil sector, industrial law with special interest in international affairs).

During the last few years, she has broadened her focus to include industrial law and corporate social responsibility, participating in various initiative, including the "English for Law" seminar in London at the Law Society of England and Wales.
In December 2013, she taught a course for students in the "Communication Law for Businesses and the Media," IUSVE, the 5-year degree program in Communication Creativity and Design and Web Marketing & Digital Communication ‐ Venice.
In August 2014, she participated in "The Aspen Seminar on Leadership, Values and the Good Society" seminar held at the Aspen Institute, Colorado.
From November 2013 to December 2014, she participated in the III University Master Program in Corporate Social Responsibility: “Ethics Company Management“– VII edition at the University of Cà Foscari Venice ‐SDA Bocconi School of Management– Studium Generale Marcianum Foundation.
