The present Internal Regulation governs the internal management and disclosure to third parties of information on facts taking place within the sphere of activity of GEOX S.p.A. and its Subsidiaries , with particular reference to Privileged Information, as well as the institution, keeping and updating of a Registry of persons having access to the aforementioned information.
