Enrico Moretti Polegato

He was born in Asolo (Treviso), on July 6th, 1981 and he is resident in Venice. In 2000 he got a diploma from the technical institute "Luigi Einaudi” of Montebelluna, with a score of 100/100. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Padua (103/110). Thesis: “Goodwill and negative goodwill as results of a merger”. After a stage at a local bank, he had his traineeship with the “Mognon and Associates” Law Firm of Treviso. In 2008 he passed the State Legal Profession Examination. On October 2008 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Unindustria Treviso.
He is the Deputy Chairman and the Executive Director of Geox S.p.A. charged with the supervision of the Internal Control functions. Moreover, within the Company he collaborates with the Legal and Corporate, Internal Auditing and Investor Relations Departments.
