Disclosure Rules

The present Internal Regulation governs the internal management and disclosure to third parties of information on facts taking place within the sphere of activity of GEOX S.p.A. and its Subsidiaries, with particular reference to Privileged Information, as well as the institution, keeping and updating of a Registry of persons having access to the aforementioned information.
