Information on share capital

Information on share capital as at July 9, 2025: in compliance with art. 5 of the Articles of Association, share capital is equal to Euro 36.690.453,10 and is composed of 366.904.531 ordinary shares with no par value. The shares are indivisible, and each share gives the right to one vote. As of today, the Company holds n. 734.041 own shares, equivalent to 0,20 % of the share capital.
