Corporate Governance Report

Pursuant to the current instructions to the Market Regulations organized and managed by Borsa Italiana SpA, companies issuing listed shares are required to provide, on an annual basis, a valid Corporate Governance Policy and their Code of Conduct for Public Listed Companies as established by the Corporate Governance Committee.
